Does it cost anything to join Longevity Wine Club? What do I get for being an official Longevity Wine Club member? How do you decide which wines to ship? Can I reorder selections I like? How? What if I do not like a selection you ship? When should I expect shipments? Will I need to be home to accept shipments? Will I be automatically billed each quarter? How will you notify me if my credit card expires or there is a problem with it? I already receive a ton of unsolicited information, do you resell or give my personal info to others? What about quarters that I will not be able to receive delivery? Can I receive more than 2 bottles quarterly? How do I cancel my membership? Does it cost anything to join Longevity Wine Club? The club costs nothing to join! There are no dues, fees, or otherwise, just the cost of the wine plus shipping and handling. Each quarter we will ship wines to you, plus shipping and handling For Gold Club Members.
Or choose to become a Longevity Wine Club Platinum Member and receive all four wines chosen each quarter – two reds and two whites. Each quarter we will ship wines to you plus shipping and handling. What do I get for being an official Longevity Wine Club member? You will recieve two bottles, or four bottles (Platinum Level) of wine each quarter, in the varietals indicated on the other side of this sheet. Please note that if you choose to recieve four bottles each quarter, you may recieve two bottles of the same Varietal. (For instance, two Merlots or two Chardonnays). This will depend on recent releases and current availability. In addition to the wines you will recieve winemaker notes, tasting notes, and other related material for each wine. (See Benefits) As a club member you will recieve 20% off of all wine purchases, either online or in the tasting room. This discount will also apply to gift item purchases in the tasting room. As a member you will be invited to attend exclusive member only events,discounts on events open to the public, and early notice of upcoming releases. How do you decide which wines to ship? Each month we choose two whites and two reds, so that our customers have a choice. You can choose two bottles of red, two bottles of white or one each. Because you may not be able to make it to the wineries each month, we bring them to you. Can I reorder selections I like? How? Yes! Your enjoyment of the Wine Experience is our only goal. If for any reason you are not happy with your wine shipment, contact us at Customerservice@Longevitywineclub.com or call us at 888-325-WINE, and we will do what ever we can to correct the problem. When should I expect shipments? Each shipment will be shipped at the end of each quarter. You are not charged for the shipment until the day it ships. Will I need to be home to accept shipments? Wherever you choose to have your wine shipped, home, office, or other, there Must be someone to physically sign for the receipt of the package, 21 years of age or older. Will I be automatically billed each quarer? Your credit card on file will be charged each quarter at the time of shipment. If you ever wish to use a different credit card, please contact us at Customerservice@Longevitywineclub.com or call us at 888-325-WINE, and we will be more than happy to make the change. How will you notify me if my credit card expires or there is a problem with it? Each quarter at the time of shipping and billing we automatically receive a report telling us if there are any discrepancies with the charges. If there are we contact our members within one week to resolve the discrepancy. I already receive a ton of unsolicited information, do you resell or give my personal info to others? Absolutely not. As members, you are our customers. Your privacy is as valuable to us as you are. What about months that I will not be able to receive delivery? Can I receive more than 2 bottles per quarter? Yes and Yes, Because we offer our members the choice of receiving either two bottles of red wine, two bottles of white wine, or one of each. Should you decide to cancel your membership you may do so at any time, just e-mail us at Customerservice@Longevitywineclub.com or call us at 888-325-WINE. What if I don't want to cancel, but choose not to receive for a few months, can you suspend shipments? Of course you can, just e-mail us at Customerservice@Longevitywineclub.com or call us at 888-325-WINE, and let us know the period of time you wish to suspend your membership. What is the cut off date each quarter to hold or cancel shipments? If you wish to cancel or suspend your membership, please give noticeat lleast 15 days before the end of the quarter. You should receive each shipment by the 8th of each month at the latest. If you haven’t please contact us at Customerservice@Longevitywineclub.com or call us at 888-325-WINE, we will track and insure you receive your shipment. From seeing grape vines surrounded by snow in their dormant state, to picking perfect grapes to go into our own wines, it’s all about the Wine Country experience.
