Two bottles ( or four, choose below) of Longevity Wine will be shipped quarterly, in the months of March, June, September, and December. Charges to the above credit card will include the cost of the wine (at the members 20% off discount), taxes, shipping and handling fees. (Unless you are picking up at the winery). All shipments will be shipped UPS ground. An adult signature is required at the time of delivery.
Wine Club members will be able to purchase additional bottles of wine at the member discount at any time. You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days advanced notice.

The Corporate Membership is a blend of our standard membership and a gift membership.  As a corporate member, you designate how many shipments you would like to receive for your clients each quarter.  (This can be as little as zero per quarter, as long as you receive no less than 4 shipments per year).  You will be charged shipping and handling as in any other membership, however you have the option to receive all the shipments to hand deliver, or have Longevity Wine Club drop ship to the list of clients you provide.  Longevity Wine Club will also as a courtesy, enclose any hand written note you also provide.

As a bonus, for recipients that sign up for the club, after a three month membership of their own, you the gift purchaser will receive a free bottle of wine.

The club costs nothing to join! 

There are no dues, fees, or otherwise, just the cost of the wine (at the member discount price) plus tax,shipping and handling (unless you choose to pick up at the winery). You will recieve two bottles, or four bottles (Platinum Level) of wine each quarter, in the varietals indicated on the other side of this sheet. Please note that if you choose to recieve four bottles each quarter, you may recieve two bottles of the same varietal. (For instance, two Merlots or two Chardonnays). This will depend on recent releases and current availability.

In addition to the wines you will recieve winemaker notes, tasting notes, and other related material for each wine.

As a club member you will recieve 20% off of all wine purchases, either online or in the tasting room. This discount will also apply to gift item purchases in the tasting room.

As a member you will be invited to attend exclusive member only events, discounts on events open to the public, and early notice of upcoming releases.

Each holiday season you will receive special Holiday Gift!
